We are number one in laser cutting brass. Brass is reflective of laser beam and therefore is not an easy material to cut by laser cutting technique. However over the past few years we have been mastering the art of laser cutting Brass and are now achieving excellent results to cut brass.

To become number one in laser cutting titanium was not easy. Titanium is dangerous to laser cut due to the fact that Titanium burns easily.

Aluminium’s melting temperature is low and if the laser is not adjusted properly, the edges can either burn or melt and leave a very hard burr. You just have to request a sample of our laser cut Aluminum to judge for yourself.

With a 5 KW laser cutting power in-hand, we can cut up to 3/4" thick stainless steel material.
By using proper beam diameter and also the right mixture of assisting gasses we can cut with very fine slits into thick stainless steel.

Our metal forming department is also equipped with state of art CNC machinary. We are therefore able to program fast and produce prototypes as well as large quantities both accurately and with a very short delay.

We have in-house tool maker. This is a great asset both in cost savings and in delivery time, where complicated and unique specifications are to be met.
Over the years, we have also built a good inventory of tools which could be of use for various application.

It is always good to know that we are one of a few fabricators who are equipped with 52" CNC polishing machine.

This allows us to deal with requirements of large polished sheets and also reduces cost for smaller part by processing them at the same time

The final stage in this process is assembly of the parts and welding them together. TIG machine are used to achive precision or MIG machine to enforce the strength of the part. In both cases we always achive a good quality product to meet our client’s requirement.
