Laser Cutting
We are equipped with 4 Trumpf machine. Having a 5KW laser machine with a working table of 84" by 164" we can almost satisfy any of your laser cutting needs as far as dimention and tickness concern. Our team at the present time is capable to produce accorately for the quantity of " one " or 100,000 in very short period of time.
Metal Forming
Our metal forming department also equiped with state of art CNC machinary. Therefore we are able to program fast and produce prototype as wel as large production both accurate and in a very short delays. Metal Polishing
It is good to know that we are one of a few fabricator who is equiped with 52" CNC polishing machine. This will alow us to deal with large size pollished sheet requirments. and also reduce cost for smaller part by feeding them at the same time. Assembly
The final stage in this process is assembly of the parts and welding them together. Usin Tig machine to achive precision or Mig machine to enforce the straigth of the part. In both cases we always achive a good quality unit as per your requirments. |
